There was an unintended system bug with the Red Key promotion. Managers who purchased the Red Keys in bulk between 12PM - 7PM will temporarily be unable to access their account as we work to fix this problem. This is necessary to preserve the economy of the transfer market to make the game enjoyable for all players.


We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your account will be released soon as we return balance to the server.

Update 12:13 PM -- First wave of accounts re-enabled.

Managers who have purchased the red key but have not used it yet. Your account has been restored to normal, the EP that you used to purchase the red keys will be reimbursed by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!

Update 1:46 AM -- Second wave of accounts re-enabled. 
Only a few more managers remain affected from this issue. We will be reviewing their accounts on a case-by-case basis and continuously release these accounts once their account has been restored. Thank you for your patience!
