WHAT ARE COMMUNITY EVENTS?
Community Events are tournaments organized by the community (players, CC Owners, FO3 Clubs, etc). The Prizes will be sponsored by the EA Sports FIFA Online 3 team and organizers are free to include their own prizes as well. It is not compulsory for organizers to prepare rewards.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Everyone is welcome to apply. Applicants will have to fill out our Community Events form and we will then decide whether or not your application is approved.
WHAT IS THE BRACKET SIZE LIMIT?
The minimum bracket size is 16 (individuals) and there is no maximum limit. We recommend you limit the bracket size to 32 but if you are able to accommodate and manage more than 32, you are welcome to hold a bigger event.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AS AN ORGANIZER?
Follow these steps if you are interested in organizing your own event.
Apply Here. Application must be made at least 3 weeks before the event
Wait for approval (1 week max)
Once your application is approved, we will contact you via phone call and confirm your event details
We will promote your event on our online platforms however organizers are in-charged of getting players to register
On the day of your event, you will have to create a challonge bracket Here and include all the confirmed players
You will have to monitor the players to ensure fair play and take pictures of the event
Once the event ends, upload your pictures onto the State Facebook Page that you have joined.
You have to fill in the Post-Event Report Here
We will credit the winners' cash prizes one week after the event.
All Community Events have to be free of charge and organizers are not allowed to have registration fees
WHAT GAME MODES AND FORMAT CAN I USE?
We encourage 1v1 Tournaments as it is the most ideal mode. However if you would like to organize using different modes you are allowed to do it. We also recommend Single Elimination, BO3 with Penalty and Extra Time.
HOW MANY ORGANIZERS CAN ORGANIZE 1 EVENT?
Only 1 organizer is allowed to organize one event. The organizer is allowed to get their own manpower at their own expense, but only 1 organizer can register and organize that one event.
WILL THE PAYMENT FOR PC USAGE BE PROVIDED?
If you are not able to get pc-usage from CC owners, organizers will have to pass the CC's details to us and we will settle the pc usage payment for you
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION FORM?
You must submit your application form 3 weeks before your event date
HOW WILL THE WINNERS GET THEIR PRIZES?
You will have to fill in a post-event report, and that report will include your challonge bracket link. We will credit in prizes according to your challonge link
CAN I PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT I'M ORGANIZING?
Organizers are not allowed to play in their own tournament. However organizers will receive their own rewards according to the success of their event

HOST AN EVENT AT OUR TARGETED SPOTS FOR EXTRA REWARDS!
You can organize an event anywhere in Malaysia, but if you organize an event at any of our targeted spots, you will get extra rewards! Targeted Spots are areas that we would like to expand our tournaments to. Every state will have 1 targeted Spot every month and the list will be revised after every month
WHAT EXTRA REWARDS DO WE GET?
Organizers that organize events at any of our targeted spots of the month will get an extra of 5,000 FO3 Cash.
